These Terms are governed by Philippine law. By using okplus, you confirm you are legally permitted to engage in online gaming in your jurisdiction.
Each user may hold only one okplus account. Duplicate accounts will be closed and any funds may be forfeited pending review.

okplus reserves the right to request documentary proof of identity and age at any time. Failure to provide such documentation within the requested timeframe may result in Account suspension or closure and the withholding of any pending withdrawals pending review.
To access real-money games on the okplus Platform, you must complete the registration process and create an Account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information promptly if it changes.
Each individual may hold only one okplus Account. Required documents may include a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete verification may result in Account suspension and withdrawal delays.
okplus accepts deposits in Philippine Peso (PHP) via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Visa, and Mastercard. Minimum and maximum deposit limits are published on the Platform and may be updated from time to time. All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name — third-party deposits are not permitted.
Deposits are generally credited to your okplus Account instantly or within a short processing window depending on the payment method. okplus is not responsible for delays caused by third-party financial institutions, mobile wallet providers, or banking networks.
Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and must be made to a payment method registered in your own name and used in a prior deposit where applicable. okplus processes withdrawal requests in accordance with the following conditions:

okplus does not warrant that the Platform will be continuously available, error-free, or free from technical faults. The Platform is provided on an "as is" basis. In jurisdictions that do not allow certain exclusions of liability, the above limitations apply only to the extent permitted by local law.
Nothing in these Terms limits okplus's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
okplus reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Users via email or an in-Platform notification at least seven (7) days prior to the change taking effect, where practicable.
Your continued use of the okplus Platform following the effective date of any updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those updated Terms. If you do not agree to amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure at any time.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the okplus Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines, unless otherwise agreed in writing between the parties.
okplus operates in alignment with applicable Philippine gaming regulations. Where any provision of these Terms conflicts with applicable Philippine law, the applicable law shall prevail to the extent of the conflict.
