okplus retains your personal data for as long as your Account is active, or as long as is necessary to fulfil the purposes described in this Policy. Specific retention periods are as follows:

• Account and identity data: Retained for the duration of your Account and for a minimum of five (5) years after Account closure, as required by anti-money laundering regulations.
• Transaction and betting records: Retained for a minimum of five (5) years from the date of each transaction, in compliance with applicable regulatory requirements.
• Customer support communications: Retained for two (2) years from the date of the last communication in a given ticket or thread.

If okplus becomes aware that personal data has been collected from a person under 21, the Account will be immediately closed, all funds will be frozen pending review, and the data will be deleted in accordance with applicable law.
